165,000 BTU VARIABLE RATE*
This feature enables your corn furnace to produce from 80,000 BTU to 165,000 BTU by simple setting changes. Set for 80,000 BTU in the early fall and then easily go to 165,000 BTU in the heart of the winter season.

CORN HOPPER SHUTOFF*
This feature enables you to open or close the fuel flow into the auger system from the hopper.

COPPER FEEDING TUBE*
The feeding tube from the hopper to the corn furnace has be changed from plastic to copper. This eliminates the possibility of plugging the tube and makes the unit quieter when running.

SLOPED LIP INSIDE DOOR
The bottom lip of the entrance door to the burn pot is now sloped. This eliminated ashes from building up on the ledge and falling out when you open the door. The furnace is safer and cleaner because of this change.

COUPLER SYSTEM FOR RIGHT/LEFT FEEDING
The furnace has a interchangeable coupler system on each side of the unit. This allows for flexibility of installation in the field for right or left hand feed applications. The removal of the couplers also narrows the unit to 27 inches for smaller doorways during installation.

IMPROVED FINISH ON UNITS
The painting process has been changed to ensure a long-lasting and durable finish.

IMPROVED HEAT EXCHANGER
The heat exchanger has been reinforced with heavier supports and steel.
